TrackStudio User Survey Results, January 2008

The following tables contains the results of the recent survey of TrackStudio users. The following is a summary of the main points revealed by that survey:

  • While 97% of TrackStudio users use the product to track software issues or bugs, 65% of users also use the product for to track non software-related tasks.
  • Most used features are TrackStudio's filters, hierarchical task structure, e-mail notification facilities, custom fields and file upload.
  • The provision of examples of scripts and best-practice guidelines were considered to be the things that would most help users extend their use of TrackStudio.
  • Greater configurability, better value for money and more functionality were the characteristics that users thought distinguished TrackStudio from other task-tracking systems.
  • More than 80% of customers agreed either a lot or very much with the statements that TrackStudio is helpful and responsive and that they would recommend the product to others. More than 75% of customers agreed with the statements that TrackStudio is of great benefit to their business and that the capabilities of the product make it worth the effort to learn how to use it.
